Was not clear that prices were per person not for the party as a whole therefore was shocked by total cost.

Driver was on time to pick us up and got there in good time but could not find our address in Didim. Would suggest you invest in a map/ sat nav or have drivers with local knowledge.

Mehrmals Flugdaten etc durchgegeben, missverständnisse ohne Ende.
Kein Deutscher Service, Sprachbarrieren.
Teurer Transfer, Vorort Transfer durch innländische Unternehmen um einiges günstiger.
Produkt : Moderner Van, schneller Transport, 30 Minuten Wartezeit am Flughafen,
gestresster Fahrer.

I came out of the entrance of the airport 20.05 no one to meet me. I arrived at the hotel Panormos 23..45. This was supposed to be SPEEDY SHUTTLE.

Having completed this journey 5 times previously our usual transfer time was 40minutes, however using your company extended this to 2 hours. For this reason I would not chose to use your company again

i am absolutely appalled at your service. we arrived at bodrum airport on time searched as instructed for a person holding our name up, we waited for ages looking around, asking people outside the arrivals, still nothing arrived.Another transfer company and asked to help, they rang the number on the ticket that you sent us( and spoke in Turkish) and after sometime and a few more phone calls they kindly offered to take us to save us being stranded at the airport as they were going close to where we were staying

due to the issues we encountered on the beginning of our trip we were very reluctant to trust the transport turning up on time or at all seeing as we had to be at the airport within good time to catch our flight home, we didn't have the luxury of waiting and seeing and risk missing our flight.
Due to this we took the decision to book alternative transportation at great cost and stress to ourselves as this weighed heavily on our minds during our holiday ! (apparently a phone call was made to the hotel but as we have explained didn't trust that they would turn up !)

I travelled to Turkey (Bodrum) in May. I had booked transfers from the airport by bus via your site. There was no one with our name at the airport pick up place (as described on voucher). Eventually someone at desk 11/12 said that they used to deal with you but not any more, but they would accept us as passengers anyway. They had no details - name, destination etc - but we gave them the address to the apartment. The driver didn't know the area and eventually dropped us on a main road, about half a mile from the apartment. We had to call the apartment and get someone to walk out to find us. This was after 11pm at night. We cancelled the return leg and went with another company.

No transfer transport turned up at all. I had to pay £25 to a different company who luckily had one spare seat. Not recommended unless you like being stranded!!!

We waited longer than two hours as our booking was not on their system. We were very tired waiting for the transfer After longer than two hours wait and complaint a car was sent but we had a very bad start to hour holiday. We were disappointed with the service we received.

The driver was waiting for me at the international arrivals when I had clearly state that I would be waiting in domestic. I was then made to wait two hours for the driver to pick up other passengers, he then did not know where the addresses were.

I was happy at first, my driver was waiting outside the apartment where I was staying at 3am, a good start, but it went downhill after that. The driver spoke poor English, not a problem really I only needed driving to the airport! But he kept trying to tell me something me in broken English, I later worked out that he must have been telling me how tired he was, as he kept slowing down and speeding up a lot on the ( thankfully empty, ) main roads, and going from one lane to the other, and using the hard shoulder, about 20 minutes into the trip I worked out from his snoring this was because he kept taking a nap on the straight bits of motorway. Had I felt there was a choice I would have asked the driver to let me out and I would find another way of getting to the airport but the prospect of missing my plane, and ending up stuck somewhere in Turkey at 3.30am with no communication was even worse than staying in the car, so I spent the next part of the trip opening the windows and talking to the driver to make sure he stayed awake, while keeping an eye on the road and traffic myself, poised to grab the steering wheel should he fall asleep again. I made it to the airport, and I am alive, but what if I had chosen to sleep during my transfer?

Servicescore : Mijn vlucht was twee en een half uur vetraagd; aankomst 15.30 i.p.v. 13.20 in Bodrum; niemand te bespeuren; gebeld en kreeg de mededeling dat ik maar tot tenminste 21.00 moest wachten; maar een (dure) taxi genomen
