When I was not sure of my pick up address I contacted the help desk and they replied to me promptly and were very helpful along the way. The drivers I had were very professional and on time every time. Pricing is also very reasonable for the services provided. I would recommend using shuttle direct and their suppliers any day. Do not be afraid to ask questions if you are unsure as the website and choosing destinations can sometimes be confusing at first, once you are through to the second page you can add your specific addresses for pick up and drop off.
