Would recommend Shuttle Bus inform people who arrive at Dalaman to go to the Desk outside the airport in the Square which is an agent for various bus companies and not expect the driver with a sign to come into the Airport.

Op Dalaman Airport is het wel niet onmiddellijk duidelijk waar je moet zoeken naar Schuttledirect! Op de bevestiging die we hadden afgedrukt werd er vermeld dat er een persoon je zou opwachten. Dit bleek niet zo te zijn. Je moet zelf zoeken waar je de mensen van Schuttledirect kan vinden. De chauffeur stond uiteindelijk wel klaar om ons onmiddellijk naar onze bestemming te brengen.
Taxi was perfect op tijd, vriendelijke chauffeur.

Bad point was instruction stated look for driver with name board!
No such driver. After 15 mins noticed kiosk with sd logo and they had us on list and quickly got a driver. We wasted 15 or more mins plus a bit of stress wondering why no drivers were holding up our name. All that is needed is correct instructions!

Produkt : The travellers from Istanbul (domestic) who came from abroad were transported from the domestic to the International terminal to pick up their luggage. I did not know that so the driver waited at the domestic terminal since I had said i arrived on the flight from Istanbul. After a while he came to the Interbational terminal and picked me up so it was ok.

did not have a contact number for anyone in Turkey so could not phone anyone to confirm our return transfer and did not know if anyone was going to come for us as we were staying in a villa a bit of the beaten track but they turned up on time and everything was ok
