Used your shuttle to airport and from airport so many times since 2010. Especially for my 75 years old mum's transfers. Her safety and secure transfer is very important for us. She is happy about on the service, drivers, etc. and I am happy too...

Pick up was delayed 30 mins from time confirmed. Office informed it was due to road works but driver said he could not find address although it s clearly marked on GPS.

Website was easy to use, booking was straightforward. However although I received a link to print my return booking confirmation PDF I did not get this for the outbound one. It was relatively straightforward to workout the log in details using the previous emails so was OK

Person was waiting at the airport on arrival with a sign bearing my name. Driver was excellent, although he struggled to find our accomodation (it is very tucked away) he stopped twice to ask for directions in Gumusluk and got us to our destination with no discernable delay,

Confusing on arrival-told to expect driver with our name on a board.With nobody visible after much searching we found ourselves listed with a company (Turgetreis Tours) who did not appear on our paperwork .

Prompt picking us up. Only problem the telephone number provided to phone to find out pick up time was unattainable. We had to ring emergency no to get correct number.

I ordered a taxi to collect my wife from Bodrum airport. It was not there when she arrived. When she phoned the company she was told that the taxi driver had been held up by customs wanting to check all of the baggage of a customer he had in the cab. Why did he have a customer when he should have been collecting my wife? Communication was very poor and it took my wife about 6 phone calls to find out what was happening and to resolve the problems. He finally arrived an hour late.

the journey from the airport was vey good, great driver and nice car. The transfer from the accommodation to the airport was very stressful- driver seemed to get lost and need directions from passers by and on the phone and then didn't tell me that I needed to be dropped at a different terminal for domestic so I had to walk when I was already running less than 1.5 hours for my flight. made for a very stressful start to my trip home which involved 4 flights directly after each other so could have been dire if I missed the first one .

There was nobody waiting for me at the airport with a notice board with my name on it as stated, I had to ask numerous drivers where to go until I found the stand needed. The return journey back to the airport was equally as bad, the driver was nearly 1 hour late and he only arrived after the hotel receptionist made a telephone call on my behalf

Il giorno prima telefono per sapere l'orario di pick up, e mi viene comunicato le 6:10 di mattina. Ho chiesto due volte all'operatore che mi ha confermato le 6:10. Arrivo verso le 6:00 e aspetto fino alle 6:20, senza che si presenti nessuno. Chiamo quindi il numero delle emergenze e una voce assonnata mi comunica che l'autista è passato ad un altro orario, alle 5:30 ed ha atteso fino alle 5:40, poi, non vedendo nessuno se n'è andato, lasciandomi a piedi ! Nessuno mi ha telefonato per chiedermi dove fossi, mi hanno semplicemente lasciato li. Ho dovuto quindi chiamare e pagare autonomamente un taxi per raggiungere l'aeroporto e non perdere il volo.
Assolutamente SCONSIGLIATO.

When I called to confirm the pick up time I was told 12.40pm, for a 14.35 takeoff, when I queried this I was told that my flight time had been put back to 16.10. I was sure that this was not the case (we had access to email and had not received notification of any change from our airline). I was told quite firmly by your Turkish contact that I had made the changes (I had not) and that I should check with my airline. We did so and tried to call (the office had closed) and I had to call again Saturday morning. After several attempts I eventually got an answer just after 10am) and spoke to the same operator and explained that my flight had not changed and that a 12.40 pick-up would probably result in a missed flight. I was asked to call back 2 hours later and I was informed that my pick up was now 10am and that I had to be ready and waiting. 10am Sunday morning we received a message from reception that the shuttle would be 10 mins late, we were ok with this. 30 mins later there was still no sign of a vehicle, the owner of the apartments that we were staying at rang you, apparently your driver was lost! He rang for directions and 10 mins later (a total of 45 minutes delay in all!) your driver turned up. I appreciate that I had booked a shared shuttle and expected a number of pick-ups. However we then had to wait about 10-15 mins at one of the 4 other hotels that we picked up from. Despite being ready and waiting at 10am we eventually made it to the airport just after 12 noon, If I had accepted your original pick up time we would have missed our flight. I had to make 3 very expensive phone calls from a UK mobile to confirm my departure time. What irritated me most about this was the implication by your operator that I was wrong and that she was right. It has also completely negated any cost saving that may have been made by booking on a shared shuttle rather than a private car due to the costs of the phone calls. I would appreciate your thoughts on this matter.
