My flight was 2.5 hours late and I did not have a way to contct the shuttle service so I thought that they would not be there to pick me up but the driver was there as soon as I steppe out of the exit gate. He was very friendly and gave me lots of information on Izmir. It was much appreciated! I would book this shuttle service again in the future!

Another problem - I have requested an invoice (the 'receipt' didn't have all accounting data I've provided). In spite of a reminder I still haven't received the invoice...

Hr. C from GermanyThe driver was waiting for us in the domestic terminal but we were in the international terminal as our flight came from Athens. We arrive at 12:30 am and after 1 hour he was able to find us, unbelievable!!! I was so tired I just wanted to get to the hotel. I called the call center and even she talked with a guy in turkish to help us but even so the driver was not able to find us. I gave the correct flight information in the booking, next time please make sure where to wait the passangers. After the long waiting, the transfer was good, very confortable van and the driver was nice.

The ride from the airport into town was good. The problem was, however, that we arrived at the domestic terminal of the airport and the car was waiting for us at international arrivals. No attempt that I am aware was made by the driver to contact us or look for us at the domestic arrival part of the airport. We tried phoning the company using the phone number given on the booking form, but there was no reply. This caused us an anxious half hour before we eventually walked across to international arrivals and found our driver.
Ms M from United StatesI wasn't allowed to choose my pick up time for the return. I was designated a time over 3 hours earlier than my flight and had to wake up extra early and wait an extra two hours at the airport.
Our driver was 30 minutes late picking us up in Izmir. I had to call the office, and they seemed a bit confused about why I was calling. Terrible customer service. Our driver was also 30 mins late picking us up for our return from the airport. I won't be using Shuttle Direct again.
