The only thing wrong was that we wanted to go to the Hotel Pataros in Patara but the web-site does not allow that to be selected as a destination. So we had to pick the Golden Lighthouse hotel instead which is some way down the road and direct the driver to the correct hotel for the drop-off. It also meant that the pick-up for our return journey was in some doubt as we didn't know if the bus would come to the correct hotel. It all worked out OK in the end but you should add the Hotel Pataros to the list of supported destinations.

ich musste mich bei der Ankunft am Flughafen durchfragen, da keiner mit meinem Namen auf mich wartete... - und auch für die Rückfahrt musste ich noch nachtelefonieren, um die genaue Abholzeit auszumachen, war zunächst noch gar nicht registriert, da gab es irgendwelche Verzögerungen, bis meine Daten alle da waren, wo sie hingehörten... - aber letztendlich hat dann alles super geklappt! Danke!

The shuttle arrived 25mins after the time I was told it would arrive, which panicked me a little. However, I still arrived at the airport in plenty of time and the transport experience was a very pleasant one.

I arrived at 5am in Dalaman on a flight from London and everything went smoothly on my transfer to Patara. The driver was waiting with my name on a sheet of paper in the designated area outside the terminal and the journey was quick and uneventful.
