    1. Arrival: Upon arrival at Palma airport I checked in as advised and was directed to the waiting coach which dropped me outside my hotel.
    The coach was modern and the driver helpful and pleasant.
    2. Departure: Two days before departure I received an email advising of pick up point and collection time.
    The coach arrived on time and was driven by one of the friendliest and helpful people I have ever met. He was a gentlemen.

    Both journeys were pleasant experiences and good value.

    Coach clean, air conditioned and easy prompt service on way from the airport. Small bus with only one other pick up on return. Arrived on time and very friendly bus driver.
    Only negative would be the administration charge for changes/postponement. Could deter me from booking with this company.
