    Excellent transfer. The driver was waiting with a sign as soon as we cleared customs. He was very polite, led us to our vehicle pointing out the facilities prior to the journey. he then loaded the vehicle with our cases. The vehicle was clean and modern with air con and we had an efficient transfer to our destination.
    This is the second time we have used Shuttle Direct and we would definitely use them again.

    Disappointing provider in Reus. Arrived 15 minutes late in an old bus instead of the car booked. The seat belts were broken and couldn't be used.

    The driver didn’t pay attention to the traffic or the road. Instead he was almost constantly occupied by managing his smartphone. Either calling the bus company, adjusting the phone’s map, texting, bending down reaching for the phone when he dropped it to the floor of the car, updating apps or restarting his device. His lack of attention meant that he often abruptly adjusted the vehicle when he was close to hitting other vehicles or the roadside. We didn’t feel safe at all and we hope that we will be given another chauffeur to bring us back this Thursday.
