    Jättebra service på Palma flygplats. Enkelt att hitta utifrån information i mejl. Snabb incheckning och vägledning till buss. Det kan ta tid att komma iväg men det beror på resenärer. Det är bra om man inte kommer direkt till sitt hotell för då får man se sig om i området från bussen. Det blir liksom i klusive guidetour.

    Took the transfer bus from and to Palma airport. Transfer went without a hitch. You have to follow instructions on finding the booth inside the airport (basically in front of the exit towards the bus parking lot) where you are told which bus line to take. There is a big bus parking lot right in front of the airport for multiple transfer bus lines, each line has an assigned stop. Bus drivers there were all helpful and answered questions on where to find the correct bus. The pick up on the way back was at the same place as the drop off, basically right in front of the hotel. The bus driver informed us this would be the pick up location when we were dropped off. Time of pick up for the ride back arrived per mail a few days in advance. Only thing that would have made things even easier is if the bus line number had been included in their confirmation e-mail, which it wasn’t. We did need the info booth for that. Not a big hurdle, though.

    The driver was waiting when we came out despite being on a late flight. He was friendly and brought us straight to our hotel door. No issues. Would definitely recommend this service especially as it was 30% cheaper than the next available rates.

    Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip. When I contacted 'shuttledirect' they were most efficient and my payment was promptly refunded. Great company to deal with.
