    Maurizio, our driver, stayed over one hour as we dealt with baggage issues. Then he provided us a wonderful explanation of where we were and historical details of Rome as he took us to our hotel in the city center. We are so pleased with our transfer experience.

    Our flight was delayed but Giovanni was there waiting for us when we arrived. He was very helpful with our luggage and was warm and friendly throughout the journey, and even gave us a tour on our way through Rome. I would recommend this service to anyone.

    Our driver was so nice, we had to wait for another flight to receive our luggage or it would have been 3 days without it. Our driver stayed and told us not to worry he would be there when we got out of baggage claim and he was there with a smile on his face. I cannot thank Shuttle Direct enough for a great experience in the Rome airport.
