    Our flight arrived in late so this obviously disrupted the transfer arrangements. However we and one other were taken by car to our hotel and the lady doing so could not have been more helpful. Coming back equally the minibus driver had phoned the hotel to let us know he was a few minutes delayed but was very courteous and still got us to the airport with time to spare. Very good value for the price.

    I did not see the information on the booking confirmation about printing off the vouchers so it took a while to find the stand as I did not know it was green bus. However the staff were very helpful even though I did not have my vouchers. I could verify my pick up time on line and it took a long time to get through to the number on the website

    I was not able to change my destination information. When clicking certain buttons, nothing happened. I was also required to put in my payment information again, but once more, clicking "next" at this stage did nothing, I found no way to proceed but to email a request through the FAQ email system.
