Mr N from United KingdomI had a late flight into Istanbul. I was reached by WhatsApp with clear instructions where to meet the transfer employee, who then guided me to the vehicle. The car was incredible, beautifully lit up inside with neon, leather seats and cushions and a starry roof!! When I arrived at the hotel, it was locked and lights were out. The driver kindly tried calling the hotel and waited with me for a while. Turned out there was a power cut and the receptionist was in the basement turning on the generator. Great car, great driver, great customer service!

Hr. H from GermanyWir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen. Das Auto war 10 Minuten vor der Zeit da und hat uns durch dicken Verkehr pünktlich zum Flughafen gebracht.
Leider war es wieder nicht der gebuchte PKW, sondern ein Minibus. Ich erwarte deshalb die Stornierung der Änderungsgebühr (10 Euro) auf einen PKW.
