The problems started with the return trip.
1. The operator announced that my departure was planned for 16.09 instead of 10.09 as it

2. The operator first fixed pick up time from the hotel at 01.00 p.m. The plane departure was scheduled for 02.25 p.m. The road takes more than 1.30 hour. She was very surprised.

The transfers were punctual, and the drivers were polirte and helpful. The cost was reasonable and even when we changed the pick up address at the last minute there was no problem.
On the outbound journey, my son left his mobile phone in the car, and the driver brught it back to us, which was exceptonal service in my view
