A warm welcome on arrival by a very helpful and understanding driver. Accommodation provider gave us wrong address and he resolved for us. Return driver was equally very polite and friendly. Drivers were very smartly dressed and professional looking. Both vehicles were very clean making a pleasant journey. I shall definitely use this company again, highly recommend.

The address they received was similar to another apartment. My husband knew where our apartment was so we found it ok. The taxi driver was very kind and listened to my husband's knowledge of the address. He then took two of our cases and carried them up a flight of stairs and along a passageway to the apartment, without making a fuss about the weight or distance.

The outgoing flight was late but our drivers was waiting for us and was very efficient in getting us to our resort. Our pick up driver was extremely courteous and on time. The vehicles provided were both excellent and although we booked an economy transfer would say both vehicles were in the 'luxury' category. I have used shuttle direct for transfers in Majorca and now Menorca and have always been reliable, they are becoming the company I search for first when looking at transfers
