Excellent service from a 1st class company. Picked up at airport by a lovely driver and dropped at apartment. On return journey driver picked us up almost dead on the stated time and dropped us at the airport with no problems at all. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Ms C from United KingdomHave used shuttle direct a few times, and although last year the driver wasn't even at the airport to meet us as stated and the fact I thought we actually might die en route to the airport due to the speed the driver was doing, I decided to use them again. This year our flight arrived slightly early and we went just outside the door as the driver wasn't there yet, then we saw a driver sitting in a car outside!! He still sat in the car long after our flight should have landed, he eventually came over to us, now this may not have bothered us too much but on the day we were leaving our pick up time was 16.39 and as we were making our way to the car my nieces mobile rang at 16.35 and a lady told her quite rudely that if we were not at the car in the next 5 minutes the driver was leaving!!! Not great customer service considering we are paying for a service and the fact that the driver arrived early and we were totally unaware of this, had we known this we could have been down at the car without having the threat of being stranded through no fault of our own.

The amount of time allowed for a transfer in October needs to be adjusted. In the Summer it takes about 2 hours but in October it only takes just over 30 minutes. We ended up arriving too early for our flight and had to wait for over 2 hours at the airport.

On arrival there was no sign of our transfer. I don't speak spanish and it was difficult to work out what happened on the telephone. The minibus was stuck in traffic but we were told it is always like that at that time of night, so why did they not leave earlier to get to the airport on time.
The pick up to go back to the airport was on time and very efficient. A mixed bag review really .

The transfer was good in that the pick up was on time and the trip was quick but the driver looked at his mobile phone quite frequently which may have distracted his concentration.

Bussen var lite skranglig och även om chauffören höll hastigheten kändes det som om det gick jättefort. Det var inte särskilt bekvämt att sitta där under de två timmar som transfern tog.

It is very stupid because you book a transfert for 12 pm and 1 hour before they cancel it for non availability. That is the worst service I ever found on internet.
