La puntualidad, la seriedad de la empresa,la amabilidad de los conductores es excelente.Mi única recomendación es que la información de los bonos o de otros impresos estuviese en español.

Transfer was efficient, except I did'nt receive any email, call or fax to my hotel to confirm pick up time . I tried several times to get through to a customer service assistant the day before

Mr C from GermanyBin zweimal mit dem Shuttleservice gefahren und es es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Die vereinbarten Pickup-Zeit wurde wirklich super eingehalten. Die Hotline-Mitarbeiter könnten jedoch etwas freundlicher sein.
Das Pickup vom Hotel hat auf der Website leider nicht funktioniert. Daher mussten wir extra einen Transfer ab Flughafen buchen und somt erst zum Flughafen fahren. Dort hat jedoch alles wunderbar geklappt.

Sr. L from SpainTodo perfecto excepto la llegada al aeropuerto. Nos dejaron en llegadas en lugar de en salidas y tuvimos que andar 10 minutos con maletas y niños. Súper puntuales y sin ningún contratiempo, que es lo que buscábamos.
Calidad-precio correcto. Nos llegó un mail preguntando si necesitábamos algo extra después de hacer la reserva con todos los datos de contacto.

My only claim was that they almost passed to every hotel in the city before reaching mine which added like 40 minutes. I wish they told my hotel was last on the map.
