From taking my wife's case to starting the car before putting the cases in the boot so the aircon cooled the car, just 2 of several simple small things that don't need to be done, but add up to making this an excellent service. Same again next year.

Met at the airport, yes it is a novelty to see your name on a card held by a chauffeur, driven in a comfortable air conditioned car, not calling at every hotel like a coach and reduces our transfer time by over a half. Starting our holiday relaxed and comfortable is the best feeling. See you next year.

Mr A from United KingdomPurchasing via the internet can raise some questions, but the efficiency of Shuttle Direct is perfect as is their communication and information. We would recommend them to anyone and will be booking next year as soon as we can confirm dates.
To put in context, previously having used coach transfers, we decided to book a car transfer instead. The difference between a standard car and an executive was a little treat to ourselves. We will never go back to any other kind of transfer again. The driver, no not a driver but a chauffeur - the service justifies the title, was waiting for us at the airport, the E class Mercedes was always going to be comfortable, the chauffeur checked with us that the aircon temperature was ok. His driving matched the car - smooth and relaxed. The return journey was just as pleasurable even though it was at the end of our holiday. Without a doubt we will be booking this service every time.
