Mr V from United StatesThe Shuttle Direct website was relatively easy to use. I think it needs to be more friendly and clear when it comes to pick-up and drop-off window population. I was savvy enough to figure out my pick-up versus drop-off, but the pick-up window is limited to the airports and not vice-versa, meaning the pick-up window is static. People may give up too soon if they cannot populate the pick-up window manually with an exact location. You can only populate the drop--off window manually, which could be misunderstood that you just reverse the action.
It was a very fast transfer!
