Took a while walking around Togo d him, stood towards the back hidden by other passengers. He should stand with other drivers at the point where he can be seen. Otherwise ok.

On my confirmation it said that pick-up time was at 17.15 on 31st of August. When we arrived at reseption in plenty of time they told us that the driver had already been there and left again. The consierge phoned the company and was told eventually that the driver was on his way back. After another 10-15 minutes waiting we called again and then he said he was 2 minutes away. He arrived after about 5. We did not tip the driver - I can assure you.

Had booked and paid for a private taxi, but ended up sharing a vehicle. Not impressed.

The driver was waiting at the airport with a sign with our name. We asked if we had time for a cigarette and he said yes. After the sigarette we stood there for a long time waiting. We contacted the driver again and he said he was waiting for other guests! I am certain that I booked a private car so that we would not wait for others so I told him to forget and that we would get our own taxi instead. The prebooked one was of course also prepaid so we had to pay for another one.
