A minor point is that one should confirm the return trip by phone one day before, whereas you've paid for it already.

The pick up time on the return was on time, slightly earlier which was perfect. The onward journey can be scheduled based on the flight arrival as we had to wait for almost 60-90min for the bus but I can understand it can't be done based on one flight arrival as the timing has to be estimated collectively.
If there is a possibility to schedule one best time for everyone, that would be good.

I had to wait about 25 minutes in an air conditioned minibus for more travellers to arive - this is within the stated terms. There were only a couple of stops before my hotel. Fantastic value.
