    Arrived at Menorca airport and we were met by a very smiley and smartly dressed man with my name on a sign. He immediately greeted us, took 2 of our suitcases & led us to our minibus. Very pleasantly surprised at the very fancy looking and spacious minibus that sat before us, as we had booked the smallest vehicle for 4 adults, 2 kids & this easily accommodated 16+ people! 1x booster seat & 1x infant seat already strapped into the seats ready to go as booked. 50 minute journey to Los Delfines with lovely aircon, perfect!
    Equally great service when being collected from the hotel! 10/10 - would definitely use the company again!

    All good but the pick up to return to the airport had a problem with the mini bus which gave us a 40min delay standing outside the villa until a replacement vehicle came a bit worrying for us but thankfully we got to the airport in time.

    Shuttle Direct provided an excellent service both to and from our villa. The private bus was modern and air conditioned. The drivers were on time and very polite and helpful. We received a phonecall a few days before travelling to check our details. Will definitely use them again.

    From booking online, collection and pick up the whole process was simple and smooth - no problems at all.
    Our flight was delayed but The service desk at Menorca Airport greeted us by name and directed us to the shuttle with no problems
    The collection and pick up drivers were lovely. They helped with the cases and shuttle was air conditioned and clean.
    I would definitely use this service again and fully recommend its prices and service
