    Our flight was delayed but they kept me informed at all times via WhatsApp on where they would be waiting . In return they collected us early as traffic was bad and kept me updated all the time . Excellent service all round

    I was a little concerned about booking the shuttle after reading all the negative reviews on the Internet about the company, Though luckily my experience was far opposite. My aircraft was delayed for more than one hour, but it didn't result in any inconvenience. After landing I easily found a Transunion booth, where a polite employee directed me onto the bus, which was nearby. It took 20 minutes to wait for other travelers. The ride to Callas de Mallorca took one and a half hours. The bus was new and comfortable, The trip back to the airport was as efficient as the one forward. The bus came at the exact time and place, all details regarding this journey I received via email two days in advance. Thank you the company!

    Very easy to find desk at the airport. Waiting time on bus was reasonable, about half an hour, then taken directly to our hotel after a couple of drop offs. Very helpful driver and crew. Helped with suitcases to the hotel entrance. Pick up back was spot on time and again very helpful driver.

    Went to shuttle direct office, staff very polite and within 5 mins had a driver take us to the bus. Very quick transfer and very modern new buses. Emailed with pick up time two days before we left, couldn’t be happier with service. Would definitely use again
