    It was very efficient.

    It was very easy to contact Shuttle Direct in the arrivals lounge and clear directions were given to where we could catch the bus, however we waited almost an hour for the transfer and then the bus dropped off at lots of hotels meaning it was almost another 2 hours before we reached our accommodation.

    Excellent. Our flight was an hour late and docked at a different gate than expected so we had a slight problem finding where our driver was waiting. Eventually we spotted a couple of other SD drivers but not ours. Not to worry. Almost immediately we were approached by a SD agent. She sorted a new vehicle immediately and we were on our way. She also insisted on pushing our luggage trolley so that I could enjoy my nicotine hit. Thanks to the driver's skill and fast reactions, we avoided a nasty accident on the motorway when a total clown cut us up at speed, swerving across our vehicle from the outside lane to a junction exit with about 3 ms to spare. Based on this experience, I would recommend Shuttle Direct.

    we thought we would try this service to see what it was like , we where pleased we got on bus outside airport doors waited for 25 min until the bus was full , we where going to calleao salvage tenerife which is near los gorantos tenerife the cost for two returns was 24 euro, we payed 38 euro one way last year in a taxi . for us the extra time it takes to go to where we stay is worth the saving of 52 euro,well run company, check out other resorts with this company to see what you would save

    From Start to Finish it was excellent. Thank you.
    Perhaps the Driver could have picked me up at the Parada Bus stop opposite Hacienda Cristoforo which is uphill from Riu Buenavista Hotel Playa Paraiso on the same road Calle El Horno. Instead, I had to walk down the hill with my suitcase to meet the bus at the Riu Buenavista and then the bus drove uphill past the Hacienda Cristoforo and the Parada outside it. But this is just an improvement suggestion.
