    Great experience from these guys. Our outbound flight was delayed so I sent a text to let them company know. On arrival, I had a text with a picture of where our driver was standing and waiting for us. He had stood there for 2 hours. Very comfy drive to our hotel.
    For the return trip, we had been previously been told the pick up time. Sure enough, our car and driver were there waiting for us as we came out of the hotel. We were driven straight to our departure point in what is a very large airport, meaning we only had a very short walk to the check in point.
    Both drivers were extremely courteous and polite and a credit to your company. I will certainly use you again

    We hadn't previously used a taxi transfer from airport to holiday hotel,
    When our plane arrived late,we found the Shuttle Direct office in Palma airport, and a taxi was soon arranged for us.
    On our return journey the driver arrived at the hotel in good time. It would have been reassuring to have received a text confirming the details of the pick-up. Otherwise a positive experience.

    Booked a return transfer Palma Airport to our hotel and back a week later. Initially after arriving at Palma we had trouble finding our ride but apart from that the service was first class and would definitely use them again.

    Unser freundlicher Fahrer hat uns 5 Personen pünktlich und zuvorkommend vom Flugplatz abgeholt und nach einer Woche auch wieder gut erholt zum Flugplatz zurückgebracht. Es hatte alles prima geklappt , wir waren sehr zufrieden.
