    Omdat ik regelmatig naar Bodrum kom maak ik sinds 2 jaar regelmatig gebruik van uwe shuttle dienst Altijd op tijd,vriendelijke drivers, en prima wagens. Zodus dat is al uitstekend. Gisteren was het zelfs uitzonderlijk omdat mijn vlucht zoals voorzien zou landen om 21.50 maar door onvoorziene omstandigheden, een vertraging had van meer dan 3 uren. Ondanks dat nachtelijk uur stonden uwe mensen mij op te wachten wanneer ik buiten kwam. Dat is werkelijk fantastisch.

    We werden met een veels te kleine auto opgehaald, terwijl ze wisten met hoeveel personen en bagage we hadden. de chauffeur kon de bestemming niet vinden.
    tot onze grote verbazing kwam hij ons weer met de zelfde auto ophalen, opgepropt heeft ie ons weggebracht.

    Our shuttle bus never even turned up and when we rang they didn't have us down for a transfer never use again

    Never turned up for us for transfer neither when we got to airport or back to airport so had to pay a taxi and taxi back to airport the worse thing is we had already paid for these transfers that we didn't get so lost out money big time

    We have ordered on shuttle direct transfers from and to Bodrum airport (private transfer) by Turgutreis Tours company. They have met us at the airport and the way from the airport was fine.
    We have used your service 2 times before and both times on the way back the drivers were a little bit late (10-20 minutes), but it was ok because pick up time was 3,5 hours before the flight. So this time we didnot came to the time (It is not convenient to stay in the street with heavy bags and child). When in 20 minutes I went to look if the car arrived there was nobody. I needed about 20 minutes to look for it everywhere - at another entrance and on the nearest crossroads and the started to call +90](0) 5496420002 Out of office hours helpline (urgent calls only) -nobody answered for a long time, than called another office phone, where they answered that our car waited for us for 15 minutes and left (without even calling our phone) and that we should take a taxi. After my question why they did not even call they just hang up. Please refund my order
