Entgegen den Angaben auf der Website hat niemand mit Namensschild auf uns gewartet.

Mr M from United KingdomCollection from Antalya airport was scheduled for 22.00hrs. On arrival there was no sign of person collecting. After numerous phone calls the driver finally arrived at 23.45 hrs. This was unacceptable after having a full day of travelling to reach Antalya.
The return journey from the hotel back to the airport was initially scheduled to leave at 03.55hrs. The internal flight we were catching was not due until 08.00hrs. (Journey time to the airport was 1hr). Having telephoned the shuttle bus staff, they stated that they hadchanged time to 04.55hrs, which would still have left us plenty of time. Unfortunately they forgot to tell the driver who arrived at 03.50hrs when we were all still in bed. We then had a mad rush to get ready. No apologies throughout. Overall we felt that the level of service was terrible.

For Antalya to Kizilagac it's ok, we were expected. For return to the airport the shuttle never came. He wanted to meet us at the hotel at 3:00 am for a departure at 11:45. After many phones to him he says that he will come at 7::00 am. He never came and we take with chance a bus of another company at 7:45 and we paid 25 euros.
