Mr J from United StatesIt was quite difficult to use the site. I wasn't even sure the booking had gone through at the end. There was no place to add additional information (that we had pets, that we had additional bags), and there was no clear contact information for the shuttle company.
It was ok, we got there. The chap who picked us up was a bit grumpy, probably because he had to wait longer as we were clearing customs, and had no contact info to let him know.

We he came in, he had a sign with my name and he said here I am. When he started taking us to the hotel, he looked at me and my husband (we are heavy compared to European population) and he told us that the European population are fit people unlike us. That was an undo comment. We will not be using your service when we return to Europe.
The purchase was easy online, but was more expensive that other means. I was willing to pay this for good service, but that wasn't the case when we arrived at the airport.

A from ItalyServizio pessimo, eravamo un gruppo di 24 persone che doveva recarsi all’aeroporto di Copenaghen alle 4.30 del mattino e l’autobus non si è presentato, nessuno telefonicamente è stato in grado di aiutarci. Abbiamo rischiato di perdere l’aereo. Inaffidabili! Servizio da zero stelle, state alla larga !!!
