First, there should be no need for printing the tickets/vouchers these days (one way the driver didn't even want it and the same way he had the details on his device we have the info on ours). Second, email or text could just be sent regarding return trip pick up time and place instead of us having to call the service provider.

Hr. G from GermanyAlles hat gut geklappt. Auf der Hinfahrt hatten wir einen kleinen Shuttle Bus. Das war angenehm, da es nicht so viele Anfahrstellen gegeben hat. Die zu bewertende Fahrt wurde mit einem großen Reisebus durchgeführt und dauerte über zwei Stunden. Die beengten Anfahrtmöglichkeiten sind für jeden Busfahrer eine Herausforderung und kann dazu führen, dass man weder vor noch zurück kommt. Ich persönlich favorisiere eher die kleinen Shuttle Busse.
