I got a return private transfer from Zagreb airport to my accommodation, on arrival the driver was waiting at the departures with my name on a Ipad- very modern and efficient. On return the driver was 10 minutes early, which wasn't a problem at all and he didn't mind waiting as we finished the check out process. The drive was smooth, no complications and got to the destination in plenty of time.
Couldn't fault the service provided by Shuttle Direct, smooth journeys upon arrival and departure. A very reliable company, both drivers were on time and helpful with luggage, overall an extremely enjoyable experience!

Die Abholzeit war viel zu großzügig berechnet. 3,5 Stunden vor Abflug bei 20 km Anreise vom Hotel. Dadurch sehr lange Wartezeit am Flughafen. Eine Korrektur der Abholzeit wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
