However I wanted to be collected from Radfeld or Brixlegg but your site only quotes hotels in Alpbach. Had to get a taxi up the valley so you could collect me and drive me straight back down. Super service, but a lack of meeting points wasted everyone's time.

Driver was nice and accommodations were comfortable but the van had a little bit of stale cigarette smoke smell. We received bottles of water for the trip, which was a nice bonus.

Meeting at Munich airport was a bit confused. Too many customers for one person at the desk. When the drivers were shouting names to gather the people they had to drive, it was not clear to me at first that they were in fact shouting the names of the destinations rather than the surnames of the customers as I don't speak German.

Munich to alpbach, we had a driver that wasn't four seasons and he complained a bit. Four season on return journey, very good can't fail.

However, I can't give this service a great rating because the driver was driving quite erratically. I think he was trying to stay awake. He drifted over into another lane a few times.

Ms H from United KingdomService rating :The first two staff members were very pleasant. The driver was approx. 45 minutes late meeting us at the airport. When the driver arrived he bustled us into the car and raced off. I wondered briefly, if we were being kidnapped it was so surreal! Then he called his colleagues hands free - half expecting a ransome message or something... An argument started between the driver and his superior. The driver didn't seem to know he was taking us to Alpbach, and was very disgruntled. They shouted at each other in German, while the driver sped and drove erratically. He eventually calmed down, he realised we were worthless and he'd have to take us to Alpbach.
The driver turned up early and used back routes to avoid the traffic. He didn't speak any English, but I recognised the route - so I was thankful for his initiative!
