Shuttle Direct website is very easy to access and my hotel was included in the list of destinations. It was easy to do online book, pay and receive the transfer voucher. It was also very prompt and professional online dialogue mail with your staff . Is very useful the We Ivanescu family and I was on holiday in Island Canela Playa Marina Spa hotel in the period 8 to 18 June 2015. I had booked 'round - trip transfer' for 08.06 and 18.06.
On arrival at Faro airport I found slightly Shuttle Direct. I found out I was already waiting. On the way back to the hotel to Faro airport, it was observed scheduled time. The machines used were very good conditions, spacious, air conditioning, space for luggage. Portuguese drivers speak good English and gave us useful information about the route, weather, travel. We use the Direct Shuttle and future vacations.confirmation of the return and scheduling.

Het adres in Ayamonte levert al jaren problemen op bij aanvragen van diverse zaken.
Toen dit ook het geval was bij deze aanvraag werd teruggebeld en besproken wat te doen.
Ook het verzoek om ca 5 - 10 minuten voor aankomst van het vervoer even te bellen, werd gehonoreerd.
Ook de chauffeuse was een zeer klantvriendelijke dame; kortom: grote klasse. Aanrader.

Early start for return to airport - 5 am collection for our 9.40 am flight (1 hour journey to airport, but shuttle timing reflected 2 others collected for an earlier flight than 9.40)
