We requested a booster seat but this was not clear and not provided by the taxi company, they made efforts to find one on the outbound journey but it was implied by the driver that we were at fault. Also, it was not clear whether we should call to confirm the return transfer. The number for the local taxi company was provided so we called and was told in an unfriendly way that confirmation was unessesary. In summary, the transfer was efficient and on time but customer service was absent.
