The price from the holiday company was inflated and I knew they just book with the same companies available elsewhere. Having checked the various companies it was clear ShuttleDirect offered the best value service - it's the same bus companies on the same routes but without overly inflated prices. Everything was smooth - the booking experience was easy, the bus was ready at the airport and dropped me at the entrance of the hotel and then picked me up a week later and took me back. Definitely recommended.

K from GermanyIch hatte meine Tasche im Bus vergessen, in der mein Perso und andere Karten lagen, nach einem Anruf von der Rezeption meines Hotels ist der Busfahrer wieder zurück gekommen und hat die Tasche zurückgebracht. Auch der Hin und Rückweg von Calla Ratjada nach Palma war sehr entspannt und pünktlich.
