He said he was still learning english but he was very good and humourous. Cannot fault any aspect of the booking arrangements, arrival orocedure, car, driver, journey and value. We will book again with this company next time too.

Produkt : Der Fahrer war sehr ordentlich gekleidet und pünktlich (15 min vor Termin); Der Mercedes-Bus hatte zwar schon über 400.000 km auf dem Tacho, war aber innen und außen sehr sauber. Die Fahrt war angenehm und wir fühlten uns immer sicher.
Einziger kleiner Minus-Punkt: Der nette Fahrer konnte praktisch kein Englisch; dahe war eine Kommunikation etwas schwierig.

Ms L from ItalyAlthough I had a few issues when I did the online booking, I called customer services immediately afterwards who were able to reassure me and amend the booking accordingly.
The driver was on time and the car clean. Unfortunately the child seats/harnesses were not great - the seat was too small for our 3 yr old and could not be adjusted, the harnesses also seemed too small but this may have been due to the fact that the driver did not know how to fit them properly.
