We had no trouble locating the desk. The service was courteous and efficient and we received a whole coach to ourselves for our journey. The taxi picking us up was very prompt and clean.

On arriving at Tenerife south we could not see the Shuttle Direct sign as there were to many people standing in front of it. The service was excellent . But when we called for our return pick-up time we were told 5am and be down stairs 10 mins earlier which we did. Our lift was 30mins late but I did call the out of hours number. We were giving no explanation why this happened. We will use Shuttle Direct again. Thank you.

Немного волновались, но за 5 минут до назначенного времени прибыла мерседес. Без проблем доставил в аэропорт. Жаль что о возможности заказа трансфера узнали от друзей на Тенериффе, иначе заказали бы трансфер от аэропорта по приезду. А так, заплатили за такси в 1,5 раз больше чем за заказ трансфера.
