We were scheduled what seemed like an early departure time for our flight home, leaving 3.75 hours previous to it. however, maybe that's standard and i did not ask for a later time until the day, which is really too late i can see. We used buses previously and they were also fine. We travelled in an economy car, ie with space for several others, but no-one else joined us on either journey. i do not know how efficient this is for shuttle direct - for us of course it was fine!

Mr M from United KingdomShuttle Direct provided a competitive service and it was relatively easy to make the booking online. The service being offered was clearly displayed which made the booking easier.
It was fairly easy to locate the representative at the airport and both transfers were quick. The driver's were friendly and the vehicles were air conditioned. The vehicle and journey to the resort was more comfortable than the return journey to the airport which was in a larger 14 seated mini bus and the driver drove very quickly! Overall the service was good and I would use Shuttle Direct again.

In both transfers I expected a saloon car but both were very decrepit minibuses and what I can only describe as `boneshakers`. The journey from Formentor was particularly bad, noisy, uncomfortable and quite frankly I thought the vehicle should not have been on the road. On the plus side, drivers turned up on time and delivered to airport on time.
