Mr N from United KingdomOrdered an XL bus for a group of 6 with luggage. There was a change in supplier after ordering and this was communicated to me perfectly and provided me with new vouchers for the change of service. When we arrived the driver was waiting for us with a named board so we spotted her immediately. She walked us to the van and loaded the luggage and got us to our villa safely. On the way back I wasn’t sure what time our return pick up time was (despite it clearly being written on the return voucher) so I emailed the company and they got back to me very quickly letting me know. The return driver arrived bang on the dot of when our pick up was meant to be and dropped us at the door of the airport terminal. All in all you couldn’t ask for more from a transfer service. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, exactly when they said they were going to do it and for a reasonable price. Top marks!!!
