Mrs M from United KingdomOur flight with EasyJet was cancelled at 11.50pm & we were due to leave Home at 3.30am, this was very upsetting for all involved especially the children. However, as I knew we were not going to be making it to Alicante I emailed Shuttle Direct. Unfortunately they did not see the email & a bus was sent to the airport to take us to our villa.... I called Shuttle Direct to ensure they had received my email & they explained, however they said they would give us a full refund & they were very understanding & helpful. I would definitely recommend them & be using them again 😊.

had a little trouble finding our villa on the way out but with a little help from my gps we got there.
On the way back the driver was there at the agreed time and got us back to the airport in plenty of time.
Overall I was very pleased with the service and I would book again.

The driver was waiting as we exited arrivals with a card showing our name clearly. The driver was well dressed and very professional and took us directly to our Villa. On departure the same driver (Miguel) arrived at our Villa on time for a hassle free journey. Thank you Miguel.

Very smooth drive from Alicante to Moraira. Have used used this shuttle service before with no problems and would recommend to others.
