Ms V from BelarusBooking proccess is pretty easy, the only minus I see - you should call to the transport company to specify transfer time, I suppose, it would be better to recieve a letter on email with this information, but it's only my opinion, the rest was good.
I used this service for the first time, and thought, that transfer bus should be marked "Shuttle direct", but it was my misunderstanding, I should specify it from the company, when I specified transfer time. Service is good, even if you stay in the wrong place driver tries to find you and wait for you, as it was with some passengers

Ich war die Einzige die eingestiegen ist.(keine Hotelgäste) Der Fahrer hat mich suchen mussen da sein Bus nicht in die Strasse passt. Auf meine Frage kann ich Hotel Los Dragos 20 m Entfernung einsteigen heißt es nein. Nicht flexible! Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter im Büro. Ich habe keine Probleme mit Hotels abfahren (2 Stunden).
