Longer wait for transfer to hotel on arrival due to issues not related to us. Not happy that we were kept waiting for the driver but we were kept informed by the kiosk. Would have liked a representative waiting on our arrival with a name card rather than having to find the kiosk in a busy airport and our suitcases taken into the hotel rather than left outside. Was surprised to be transported in a large, empty coach as had expected a quality car collection which would have provided for a more quality experience. However, drive to hotel fine and driver courteous. Return journey good as driver waiting outside the hotel, loaded all suitcases and we left on time. Pleasant journey to the airport.Driver helped us by obtaining a trolley for suitcases and loading them. Overall a stress-fee, courteous transfer. Would recommend but feel that for the amount of money it cost, the service needs be that little bit more otherwise cheaper options are more attractive such as the Titsa bus service.

My flight was delayed 2 hours so perhaps this is why we had a bus rather than a normal car. For some reason the driver let us out no outside our front door but on another street about 150 meters away which was rather disappointing.

I have rated this good BUT whilst the journey to the ship was excellent we did have problems on the return.We were to be picked up at 11.00 but as we were still on the dock at 11.20 I was getting concerned and began to telephone the numbers given at the airport. I first called 0034922389640 only to hear the answerphone advising me of the office hours and telling me to contact the emergency number I tgried this three times with same result. I then phoned the emergency number 0034628817916 but again only the answerphone advising me the office hours. It was only when I phoned 003422753511 (found on Shuttle Direct's e-ticket) that I received a response. Initially the lady said that I was not on her list but eventually she did find my details and promised to speak to the driver. She phoned back to say that the driver had gone to the wrong terminal and would be with me in a few minutes. He arrived at 11.40 - we had been there since 10.45. I appreciate that there was never a problem of missing the flight but my wife and I are both in our 80's and do not need a problem like this. Had I not had a mobile phone I do not know what I would have done.

The help@shuttledirect.com email address is faulty and emails bounces back. There is NO customer support.
The Driver did not turn up at the airport. I paid €87 but the driver/car never came to collect us. Nobody called my mobile. I had no phone number to call for assistance. I can not get through to Shuttle Direct. I am seeking a full refund as there was no show, and I had to get and pay for a different taxi. I have not heard from them even though I have tried emailing. Please communicate this situation to Shuttle Direct.
