We were very happy with the service we received from shuttle direct on our recent holiday in gran granaria we were met by a lovely lady who drove,us to our hotel in a,very nice clean Mercedes van we were picked up ten minutes early and taken back to the airport by another nice driver a man this time overall very pleased with the service we received price was very reasonable will def book with them again

We used Shuttledirect in Gran Canaria to get to the hotel and back to the airport. Only trouble was when we arrived, we didn't find our driver at first. We had directions from Shuttledirect to look for a driver with a sign with my name on it, but such person was not in the lobby when we came out from the baggage claim. I called Shuttledirect and soon driver showed up. After this everything went ok! I'm willing to use this service again.

Driver was there to meet us on time and prompt transfer to Taurito by car, On the return journey I was picked up at 2.45pm for a 19.15pm flight. I realise that there were other passengers who may have had an earlier flight but 4 and a half hours before my flight was quite a long time. I would use shuttle direct again as overall the service was very good and value for money.

The only bad thing was that the pick up to go from hotel to airport was VERY early. We arrived almost 3 hours before take off. We had to wait 45 mins before we could even check in. We understand that you need a reasonable margin but that seems a bit excessive!
