Sr. D from SpainFue fantástico. Nos recogió al salir de recoger las maletas, fuimos a recoger a otra familia a otro terminal y nos dejó en la puerta del hotel.
Amables, rápidos y eficaces.
El servicio fue fantástico, pero hubo problemas en la recogida, debido a que yo indique que estábamos en el hotel Ibis y ellos mandaron al chofer al Ibis Budget (que estaba justo al lado). En recepción no pensaron que podría estar en el otro hotel y el señor esperó más de media hora. La suerte fue que yo, al ser un poco inquirto, a la hora de recogida, me di una vuelta por la calle y al ver una furgoneta, deduje que era la nuestra.
Por otro lado, tengo que calificar como pésima, la atención dada por viajes alameda (la intermediaria con quien contrate el servicio). Según me indicó una de sus empleadas por correo electrónico, podía solicitar la hora de recogida por teléfono o a ellos por via mail. Dado que no domino el francés, decidí solicitarles a ellos por via mail y les faltó decirme que no sabía leer y por supuesto, no me realizaron la gestión. Absolutamente indignante.
