Hr M from GermanyWir hatten bei Ankunft darauf hingewiesen das der Abholtermin falsch eingetragen ist und um korrektur gebeten. Das hat der Fahrer bestätigt und versichert das wir zum richtigen Termin abgeholt werden. Es kam leider niemand und wir mussten mit 5 Leuten 2 Taxis Ordern und waren über 100 Pfund los. Nie wieder shuttledirect!
