Nach der Ankunft suchten wir nach dem Schalter des Unternehmens um uns anzumelden und wurden am Ausgang von einem überaus freundlichen Herren per Namensschild in Empfang genommen.
Wir wurden individuell zum Hotel gebracht und auf der Fahrt, trotz Sprachbarriere aufgrund meiner schlechten Englischkenntnisse, gut unterhalten.
Alles in Allem können wir sagen:

I have used Shuttle Direct several times in different locations. They are always reliable, friendly, on time and the vehicles are plenty big enough and comfortable. I wouldn't look anywhere else when booking an airport transfer.

There was no explanation or apology for being kept waiting all that time. When I first saw the rep she said there would be a short wait while we were waiting for others to arrive No communication after that.. Very poor service. MS P.C.MARTIN
