Mr G from IrelandOn arrival we had a speedy pick up and were on our way in less than 20 minutes. There was an issue were we were dropped at the wrong hotel and needed a taxi to our destination. However in the confusion we left a passport and phone on the bus. We contacted Customer Services and they immediately investigated and could arrange for us to meet with the driver a couple of hours later and both were returned to us.

Hr. E from GermanyEs ist unsere erste Erfahrung mit Shuttle direct. Wir haben Transfer vom Flughafen Heraklion Kreta zum Hotel Pilot Beach Ressort gebucht. Der Fahrer war beim Ankommen am Flughafen schon da und hat auf uns mit einem Namensschild in der Hand gewartet. Uns wurden gekühlte Getränke angeboten, worüber wir uns wegen der Hitze sehr gefreut haben. Das Fahrzeug Mercedes Benz Viano war sauber und komfortabel. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und hat uns während der Fahrt die Sehenswürdigkeiten gezeigt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden wieder buchen.

Wegen Corona ist die Pauschalreise vor Wochen abgesagt worden.
Den Transfer habe ich vergessen abzubestellen. Andersrum hat der Transfer Service auch nicht dran gedacht mir Auskunft, Infos oder Stornier Möglichkeit mitgeteilt.
