Mr. P from Netherlandsluchtvaart maatschappij heeft zowel de heen als de terugvlucht tijden verandert nadat wij al de taxireservering hebben gemaakt. het bedrijf heeft ons zelf gebeld op de dag van de heenvlucht dat er wijziging in de landingstijd heeft plaatsgevonden en ons na landing binnen 10 minuten voor ons een taxi geregeld.
de taxi chauffeur heeft ons voor de terug reis stipt opgehaald voor de rit naar het vliegveld.
dit hadden we veel eerder moeten weten voor transfer vliegveld /hotel

Mrs N from FranceÀ l'aéroport d'Heraklion, nous avons attendu 15 min environ l'arrivée du van et le trajet s'est bien passé pour aller à Réthymnon. Au retour, nous sommes partis de Hersonissos vers l'aéroport. Le van était à l'heure. Très bonne prise en charge. Un conseil : Si comme nous, vous logez en appartement pendant vos vacances, Shuttle Direct ne dessert pas les appartements. Repérez l'hôtel le plus proche de votre appartement, ce sera le pick up pour le transfert.

A big thank you to the driver and the transfer team for their kindness, care and quick reaction — we had forgotten our medicine in the driver’s fridge, and he brought it to the airport just in time so we could catch our flight.
