Ho dovuto chiedere in giro e finalmente ci hanno indirizzati ad uno stand poco distante con gli incaricati del trasporto i quali non si erano minimamente preoccupati di venirci a cercare

We had to ask a few people whether they knew where our shuttle was... which is quite bad considering we booked a shuttle as a hassle free way to start off the holiday and we wanted it to be relaxed as possible when we got of the flight. We eventually found a sign above the glass windows, which was directly in front of us the whole time and that said Shuttledirect. It was, however, amongst other transportation names and the sign was small. We were then given a form at the desk that had TLT at the top. Although this was stressful, the driver was nice and we did arrive at our hotel in the end. We just felt that it was misleading as we were given instructions that someone would be holding a sign with our name on it. No one was holding a sign. From that, I felt very stressed and considered getting a taxi.

We arrived very tired on a late night flight arriving early hours in Rhode's. When we arrived to the shuttle direct desk, we realised we had left our holiday pack on the plane including our hotel information, we told the two there who wasn't that helpful telling us she won't get paid unless we produce a voucher for her and even though we had paid and explained she left us hanging for awhile while she dealt with other passengers even though we were first there. After she dealt with everyone on her list, she then felt it was time to communicate to us and said we need to fax our voucher to her and gave us a fax number which was wrong. We spent two days trying to fax a number that didn't exist in a hotel with lovely staff but with crossed wires from Greek to English, we had to ring and also email on our holiday as we were so worried it would affect our pick up. The drivers were lovely so friendly and helpful. The lady was not , we made a mistake by not checking the plane for the docs but we arrived at free a late night flight to an annoyed woman I'm a country we knew nothing. Again drivers and the lady we emailed amazing...not the greeter...not great at customer service, we both work in an airport and wouldn't dream of treating people like that that need guidance and help.
