Non credo possa esserci nessun motivo per preferire un taxi, tenuto conto, peraltro, che la tariffa sarebbe perlomeno quadrupla.

Mrs M from United KingdomI only booked the shuttle the day before travel and there were no problems at all. The bus arrived early and there was only one pick up after mine meaning a quick journey to the airport. The bus was clean and the driver was safe and friendly.

Mr m from United KingdomIt was difficult finding Shuttledirect at airport as there was no clear signage. Once found it was unclear which coach was ours as the driver was not there. We also had to listen to other passengers complaining that they had been waiting for 2 hours to leave. Luckily the return trip was excellent.

I have to go around the airport looking for the company that was to take us to the hotel. The representatives of other companies were right there holding the sings with the names of there clients. Noone was there to meet us.

I was not informed about pick up time from the hotel to airport, I had to phone to the service number to get that information. It would be nice to inform about that on the voucher.
Mrs N from United KingdomWe were informed that a chauffeur would be waiting at the airport arrival area with a sign, with our name on it. This was not the case, we spent approximately 30 minutes looking for this person or a desk with the name Shuttle Direct on it, to no avail.
Eventually we were directed to a desk for TLT services who provided us with the Shuttle Direct transport.
We almost missed our transport due to their shortcomings, but we were then rewarded with a Formula 1 driver to take us to our resort..
Never again !!!

Wir wurden nicht zurückgerufen... kein guter Service, wenn man im Urlaub ist und nur an EINEM bestimmsten Tag ZU EINER BESTIMMTEN UHRZEIT Infos erhalten kann!!!
Wir wurden mehr als 4 Stunden vor unseres Abfluges abgeholt!!! Wir waren schliesslich so früh morgens am Flughafen, dass wir eine ganze weitere Stunde warten mussten bis überhaupt die Cafes am Flughafen aufmachten!!! Das ist wirklich eine Zumutung!!!!

When I called to confirm our pick up time I was told to call after 5pm as schedules not done yet so I called at 6pm and was told still no schedule and they would call me back. At 7pm called again and was told that the company were no longer working for Shuttle Direct and wouldn't be picking us up. I was given the number for Shuttle direct in the UK and had to call them to find out who was picking us up. They confirmed pick up would be by Hellenic Islands and at 10am. At 10.30am on day of pick still not turned up and had to call Shuttle Direct twice again who contacted the driver. Once we had been picked up at 10.40am we then went all round the island picking up odd people from random hotels and nearly missed our check in time. I will be contacting Shuttle Direct with an itemised bill of all my phone calls and expect them to reimburse me. Will not use this service again. Very disappointed.
