Mr W from United KingdomThe online booking, made several weeks ago was simple and cost effective. Then I emailed to get confirmation on the day before we were due to travel. I got a prompt response. The Van and Driver arrived early which suited us and the drive was comfortable and trouble free. The Driver did really well to find our Hotel in the old Town part of Bergamo where the streets are so narrow and the Hotel was not clearly marked anywhere in the Town. A first rate experience.
