Ms J from United KingdomBooking system poor. I entered correct hotel address but it defaulted to address of a hotel with a similar name whilst processing the credit card payment. Had to keep phoning to correct. No-one in the office on Sundays but voicemail message keeps asking you to hold on "an operator will be with you shortly". Doesn't say the office is closed so held on for 20 minutes. Finally got through on Monday to someone who changed the address on the way out, but didn't change it to the correct address for collection on way back. I only spotted this 10 mins before the taxi was due and realised I could miss my flight. Fortunately he turned up at the correct hotel. When I tried to change the address under MY Booking on website, it asked for my credit card details as if it was going to charge me for correcting an address that was an error on the part of the website not me. I will never use shuttledirect again.
This rating is for the Italian transfer company who managed to collect us from the correct hotel on the way back to the airport even though the voucher had the wrong address. It is NOT the rating for shuttle direct who were absolutely abysmal.

Our driver was amazing. Our flight was late but he was there waiting for us when we eventually arrived. There was a big public event in front of our hotel in Florence and the roads were blocked off. Our driver managed to get us through to our hotel quickly and safety. I would highly recommend this service to my family and friends

This service was brilliant, went far beyond expectations, Our plane was delayed by two hours due to weather conditions in Florence, we were diverted to Pisa airport, then transprted by bus to Florence airport. Some of our baggage was lost at Pisa and had to be reported at Florence which added to our delay time. The total delay was now three hours we did not expect the transfer driver to be there. To our delight he was, and he asked and offered help to report the loss, waited till we had done so. He spoke excellent english and described the city to us and explained it would take about two days for lost case to turn up, which was correct. He is a terrific ambassador for your company, wonderful quality of service. We would use your company again and would reccomend you to anyone. The driver who returned us to the airport after our holiday was just as friendly and informative. You have the business model correct and functioning efficiently.

Our driver was waiting at departures and greeted us with friendly handshake and smile. He spoke excellent English and gave us interesting information on all the structures as we passed them.
We had an early departure and again the driver spoke excellent english and gave us directions once at the airport to get to check-in.
